Distance from the airport: Approximately a two and a half hour drive from Montego Bay Airport and just under three hours from Kingston Airport. Commuter planes land up the road from Jakes at the Lionel Densham Aerodrome.
Location: Jakes overlooks Treasure Bay on the south coast. Negril is an hour and a half away and Kingston, the capital city, takes approximately three hours by car.

Sea Puss 1, 2 & 3: Deluxe one bed cottages with ocean views and queen size bed, ceiling fan and romantic private outdoor showers. Hanging out over the sea - fish from the verandah!
Cockles - Cockles Up: Deluxe one bedroom overlooking the sea comprising the entire upstairs of the building. Bedroom with a queen size, four poster bed with mosquito net, fridge, bathroom with bath and shower.
Cockles Down: Deluxe one bedroom overlooking the sea comprising the downstairs of the building. Features a queen size bed, air conditioning, bathroom with bath and shower, fridge and a private outside verandah.
Sweet Lip: Deluxe two bedroom ocean cottage sleeps 4, ideal for family or friends. The two bedrooms both have air conditioning and the master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has two twins, a big closet space, one bathroom with a bath, kitchen, dining area, sitting room, two outside beds for sunbathing, private outdoor shower and garden.
Jack Spratt: This little cottage has the sea on two sides and a beach, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, outside sitting area and outside shower.
Mussels: Large 3 bed house on the sea that is ideal for a large family, friends or as a yoga retreat. Two large spacious areas, one rooftop and an outside verandah plus indoor sitting room, two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with twin beds and an en suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
Garden View Rooms:
Conch, Coral and Tiki Tiki: Lovely rooms with in-set couches, vintage furnishings and shuttered privacy, ideal for couples or individuals. Tin roofs and cool interiors for a cosy and rustic escape, convenient for Jakes restaurant, bar, pool and beachfront.
Deluxe Bedroom - Seahorse Up / Down: Spacious rooms with front balconies with hammocks and back verandahs overlooking the lily pond. The rooms feature handmade showers, wicker lamps and ceramic tiling.
Cowrie Up/Down: Spacious deluxe garden front rooms with shaded front porches and cool, expansive interiors. The rooms feature antique desks and mirrors, comfortable lounging chairs and large wood framed beds. There is a bathroom with a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
Villas:
Hope House (4 bed): 5 minutes drive from Jakes and located in the seaside villa community of Old Wharf, Treasure Beach. Four beds: one king, one queen and two twins, with adjoining bathrooms and air conditioning, a full kitchen, living/dining room, decks, infinity plunge pool, outdoor Jacuzzi (off the master bedroom), a barbeque area, sat/TV and wireless Internet access.
Itopia (3 bed): Historical country home built in the 1600s on Jamaica's north coast, which is available for short and medium term rentals all year round.
