Children: The Verandah, Antigua is an adults-only resort meaning guests must be over the age of 16.
Airport Transfers: The Verandah is approximately 30 minutes' drive from Antigua airport.
Location: The Verandah is approximately 30 -45 minutes away from the capital of St Johns.
Facilities: Three swimming pools, ‘Tranquility spa and salon’, a fitness centre, volleyball, tennis courts, mini golf, nature trails, two white sand beaches, conference rooms, a gift shop, tour desk, and non motorised water sports.
Wifi: Wifi is complimentary and available in all guest rooms and common areas.
Dress Code: The resort requests that guests operate a “Summer Casual” dress code in the evenings. This does not include ripped jeans, beachwear or t-shirts. Guests dining at Nicole’s are asked to operate a more elegant dress code with long trousers and collared shirt being required.
Check in / Check out: Guests are invited to check in from 3pm and are asked to check out by 12 pm. Access to a shower room or a late checkout can be arranged for an additional charge.
Meal arrangements: Guests can stay at The Verandah on an all-inclusive basis. All-inclusive comprises of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily. Additionally guests can enjoy a range of soft and alcoholic beverages such as house wines and beers by the glass. Dine around privileges apply at Pineapple Beach Resort and St James's Club & Villas, Antigua.
Dining: The Verandah has six restaurants, three bars and a cafe. Seabreeze is the main restaurant and offers a range of international cuisine in a buffet style, whilst Nicole’s - The Verandah's fine dining restaurant - serves an a la carte menu inspired by the resident Michelin star chef. Sails & Tales is set above Lover's Beach and serves casual seafood and cocktails in a chic outdoor setting, whilst the Beach Grill is set on Rasta Beach. Papa Ricco's Pizzeria offers made to order pizza in a casual setting overlooking Lover's Beach, and for Michelin inspired Italian-style cuisine, guests can dine at Portofino. There is also a coffee shop by the pool which serves fresh pastries, desserts and delicious coffees.
