Beach View is a charming hotel is in a good location just across the road from The Cliff Restaurant and Paynes Bay Beach. The small hotel would make a great base for couples or families who would like to get out and explore, with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away giving easy access to nearby towns and places of interest.
Children: Children are welcome. There is a children’s pool separate to the main swimming pool.
Airport: Beach View Hotel is about 40 minutes’ drive from Grantley Adams International Airport.
Location: The hotel is located 5 minutes south of Holetown, just across the road from Paynes Bay Beach.
Minimum Stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay throughout the year, except between 20 December - 8 January, when there is a 7 night minimum stay requirement.
Facilities: 4 Swimming pools including 1 children's pool, gym, salon, spa and coffee shop (open 9am - 3.30pm) serving coffees, snacks and a selection of groceries and sundries.
Dining: Sugar Apple Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a full bar and pool service - daily from 7.30am - 9pm.
Meal Arrangements: Stays at Beach View are on a room only basis. Bed and breakfast is available.
Accommodation
All suites are air-conditioned and have a TV with DVD player, ipod docking station, wifi, iron & ironing board, safe, telephone, hair dryer and washing machine & dryer. Living and dining areas are open plan, while fully-equipped kitchens feature a full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and coffee maker.
Hotel Room: These rooms feature a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 infant (600 sq.ft.).
One Bedroom Classic Suite: A spacious suite comprising a king size bed with en suite bathroom (bath and shower). Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 infant (1000 sq.ft.)
Two Bedroom Classic Suite: A large suite comprising a king size master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and shower), a second bedroom with two twin beds or a king sized bed and a second bathroom (shower only). Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 infant (1300+ sq.ft.)
Three Bedroom Classic Suite: A large suite comprising a king size master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and shower), a second bedroom with two twin beds or a king sized bed, a third bedroom with a king sized bed and a second bathroom (shower only). Maximum occupancy: 6 adults + 1 infant (1800 sq.ft.)
One Bedroom Luxury Suite (Passion Fruit): Feature a king size master bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower, a powder room, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 infant (1000+ sq.ft.)
Two Bedroom Luxury Suite (Passion Fruit): Feature a king size master bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower; second en suite bedroom with twin beds or king size bed; a powder room, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 infant (1500 sq.ft.)
Three Bedroom Luxury Suite (Passion Fruit): Feature a king size master bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower; second en suite bedroom with king bed; third en suite bedroom with twin beds or king size bed; a powder room, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. The master bedroom boasts a private patio/balcony. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults + 1 infant (2100+ sq.ft.)
Two Bedroom Villa (Ylang Ylang): These two storey villas feature a king size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a second ensuite bedroom with twin beds or king size bed. They also feature a powder room, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 infant (1500 sq.ft.)
Three Bedroom Villa (Ylang Ylang): These two storey villas are similar to the Two Bedroom Villas with the addition of a third en suite bedroom with king size bed. The master bedroom boasts a private patio. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults + 1 infant (2100+ sq.ft.)
