One of the most unique and breathtaking accommodation options in the Caribbean, the recently refurbished property is situated on a private bluff which is surrounded by the ocean on three sides. The villa has a large open plan living area, part of which is open sided, leading out to a sundeck and a private pool with incredible views. There is a separate private infinity pool which is surrounded by a large terrace and glass panelling which ensures unobstructed sea views. Steps lead down the cliffside to a wooden jetty, from which guests can climb down a ladder into the turquoise sea.
Other facilities include a barbecue for outside cooking, a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and DVD player with a night watchman on site. Breakfast can be eaten in the villa or in one of the resort's restaurants, while a chef can be hired to create mouth-watering evening meals. There is a concierge service available throughout the day, with guests being given a mobile phone in order to make any requests.
Rock Cottage can be rented either as a two bedroom or five bedroom unit. There is one bedroom in the main villa overlooking the pool, plus another on the first floor of a separate poolside building, promising stunning sea views. The remaining three bedrooms occupy a further building beside the infinity pool. As a five bedroom option, Rock Cottage can accommodate up to nine adults and three children.

Board basis: Stays at Rock Cottage are on a bed and breakfast or all-inclusive basis. If booked on an all-inclusive basis, the villa will be stocked to order.
Bedrooms: Rock Cottage can be rented as a two-bedroom unit or as a five-bedroom unit.The two-bedroom option features two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, occupying the main villa and a separate poolside building. This option can accommodate four adults and two children.
The five-bedroom unit also includes three further bedrooms which occupy another building beside the infinity pool – two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, while the third is a smaller room with a queen sized bed and en suite shower room. This option can accommodate up to nine adults and three children.
Each bedroom has a safe, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and flat screen TV.
Amenities: Two private pools, furnished sundecks, fully-equipped kitchen, barbecue, satellite TV and DVD player, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi.
Staff: There is a twice daily housekeeping service including evening turndown and a night watchman. A concierge service is also on hand to assist – on arrival guests are provided with a mobile phone to place calls to the concierge, food & beverage and management teams.
Resort facilities: 3 swimming pools (including 1 adults-only pool), 3 beaches with non-motorised water sports, loungers and beach service, 4 restaurants and 2 additional bars, a fitness centre, tennis court and live evening entertainment. There is also a spa and beauty salon where treatments are chargeable locally, plus a concierge team who are happy to organise excursions.
Resort location: Blue Waters Resort is set in a 17 acre plot on the north west of Antigua, approximately 25 minutes by car from the airport.
