Eden is a luxurious, colonial-style five bedroom villa with a private pool, nestled within an acre of lush tropical gardens in the exclusive Sugar Hill community. A true paradise, the property is set on a ridge with stunning views over the west coast of Barbados and access to a clubhouse and varied leisure facilities. Eden is the ideal holiday villa for entertaining and for family holidays thanks to its spacious accommodation and many spaces in which to relax.
The villa’s grand entrance is accessed from the private driveway, featuring a sweeping marble staircase which leads into the bright open plan living area on the upper level. Here, the entertainment centre includes a 42-inch high definition television, a wide range of satellite TV channels and top quality music system. Three sets of doors open onto a magnificent covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and dining table, offering stunning views of the gardens below and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. The modern, well-equipped kitchen also conveniently leads out onto this upper level terrace, which has easy access to the pool deck below.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and and extensive landscaped gardens. A charming pool-side gazebo offers a more relaxed option for al fresco lunches or sunset cocktails before more formal evening celebrations.
The main villa houses four en suite air-conditioned bedrooms with elegant marble bathrooms, walk-in closets and French doors leading onto an expansive covered patio area. The interior furnishings are a blend of modern and plantation-inspired styles, including stand alone dressers and wardrobes, comfortable chaises lounges, and tropical art.
One of the bedrooms is found on the first floor and opens out onto the upper balcony. Three more bedrooms are on the floor below including the four poster master bedroom, each with French doors onto a spacious covered terrace, pool deck and gorgeous gardens. A separate self-contained cottage to the west of the pool deck includes a kitchenette, en suite bedroom and media room with a Smart TV and DVD player. The cottage also has its own separate entrance and private veranda.
Guests staying in the exclusive Sugar Hill community enjoy access to many luxury amenities including a fabulous communal pool, fully equipped gym, restaurant and first class tennis courts. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the beach facilities at the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club which is just five minutes away by car, including beach umbrellas and sun loungers. For those looking to experience all the Platinum Coast has to offer there are many five star restaurants, nightclubs and luxury shops within easy reach.
Eden has a core team of well-trained and friendly staff including a butler, cook and housekeeper and gardener. A dedicated villa manager will take care of your every need while you enjoy everything Eden has to offer.
This villa can be booked on its own or as part of a package holiday including flights from the UK and transfers.
Please note there is a minimum stay of five nights for most villas which increases to seven nights during peak periods.
