The four bedroom property is a tropical haven which offers privacy, peace and everything you need to relax including spacious gardens and a large pool.
Downstairs in the classically elegant villa is a comfortable living room with a flat screen cable television and large French doors which open onto the expansive patio area. There are further comfortable seats on this covered terrace, just the spot for sipping cocktails while admiring a superb sunset. A large window connects the indoor kitchen to the shaded dining area, making it convenient to serve meals, snacks and refreshing beverages throughout the day. Alternatively guests can choose to dine al fresco on the pool deck, with superb meals prepared by the villa’s chef.
In front of the terrace are lush gardens with lovely sea views, while the shimmering pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A trickling water feature is in tune with the soothing sounds of the gentle waves, which guests can witness by wandering through the gate directly onto the seashore. The villa’s sun loungers can be taken down to the sands of Gibbes Beach, where serene waters beckon you to swim, snorkel and try your hand at watersports.
All of Westhaven’s en suite bedrooms have outdoor space and air-conditioning, with three being found on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. The master bedroom shares a balcony with one of the other bedrooms, promising magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea , while the smaller terraces of the other two rooms offer lovely views of the garden.
The villa’s setting makes it perfect for relaxation or for exploring the island. A romantic stroll or brisk walk northwards along Gibbes Beach takes you to Mullins Beach, another popular destination.
A mere 5 minutes away is the historic little town of Speightstown - with the most delightful and casual restaurants tempting visitors with their authentic Caribbean cuisine and sea vistas. Don’t forget to check out the Gallery of Caribbean Art and Arlington House - a must see interactive museum with audio-visual features of 'Old Barbados'.
