Distance from the airport: Approximately 10 minutes by taxi.

Beach: Within a walking distance of 300 yards - beach chairs are available on Grand Anse Beach (free of charge). 

 

Facilities & services: A freshwater swimming pool and activities lounge with TV, games and books. Plus there are free golf green fees at the Grenada Sport and Country Club which is two miles from the Blue Horizons Garden Resort (transport excluded). Other chargeable services at Blue Horizons include laundry and dry cleaning, internet and a concierge desk to arrange car hire and tours. 

 

Nearby Facilities: The resort is centrally located and is just half a mile from shopping malls, restaurants, public transport, banks and church. 

 

Meal Arrangements: Stays at Blue Horizons are on a room only basis but bed & breakfast is available. Room service is available between 7.30am - 9pm daily.

 

Bars & Restaurants: Aqua Pool Bar & Grill is open from 11am offering lunch and dinner daily and La Belle Creole Bar is open for breakfast and later between 7pm - 10pm for dinner each day. 

 

Dress: Daytime casual with cover-ups, evenings are elegantly casual.

 

Environmental Policy: As part of the Green Hotel programme, the hotel educates guests on procedures and invites them to be a part of the hotel's action plan to conserve energy and water. The property has been certified under Green Globe Certification and attained Gold Status in 2016. The Green Globe certification platform provides a way to advance performance with its continuous improvement model. The goals and action plans developed are guidance to achieving improvements. They are now on the way to being a Platinum awarded property in 2023.
