Constance Lemuria is an exclusive resort in the Seychelles that combines a modern approach to design and quality with the natural beauty of its idyllic setting. The hotel is located on the northwest coast of Praslin island, a convenient 5 minute drive from the airport, and lies directly on three sandy beaches lapped by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. The turquoise of the sea contrasts beautifully with the white sandy beaches and the green vegetation that surrounds the resort. The natural beauty of its setting helps to give Constance Lemuria a unique sense of tranquillity and seclusion. The hotel is designed in harmony with its natural surroundings, with a multi-level swimming pool flowing from the hotel down to the beach and lush vegetation shielding the beach from the buildings. The natural protection offered by the vegetation makes the beach an ideal nesting spot for turtles.

Lemuria is a huge and beautiful site with its own golf course and three amazing beaches, including the famous Georgette which is completely unspoilt. I don’t play golf, but the course looks beautiful and everyone I met who did play said they enjoyed their rounds. At the same time, it didn’t feel like the focus of the hotel was golf, so works for non-golfers too. Rooms are all massive and the beds really comfortable.
Children: Children are welcome. The complimentary Turtle Club is open to children between the ages of 4 - 12 years, and indoor and outdoor activities are organised daily. The club has a dining area with children’s menus available on request. Babysitting can also be arranged at an additional charge.
Transfers: Constance Lemuria is located on the northwest coast of Praslin, the second largest island in the Seychelles. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from Praslin Airport.
Activities and Facilities: Spa offering facial and body treatments with a sauna, plunge pool, whirlpool, gym and steam bath; 18-hole championship golf course; 2 floodlit tennis courts; mountain bikes; watersports including snorkelling, pedalos, laser and Hobie Cat sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and body boards; PADI dive school; deep sea fishing tours.
Dining: The Legend restaurant is in the main building and serves buffet breakfast daily, as well as buffet dinners, themed evenings and an à la carte lunch menu in a relaxed but refined setting. Diva, located by the golf club, offers “fast good” food for lunch and a Mediterranean inspired menu for dinner. The Nest is open for lunch and dinner, serving local seafood with a Creole twist and boasts stunning views of the beach. Huna Bar and Diva Bar offer casual elegance for drinks and snacks.
Accommodation: Suites are scattered along the beach and nestled amongst the gardens. All feature air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, bathroom with bath, double vanities, separate shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area, complimentary WiFi, mini bar, safe, satellite TV/ DVD/CD player and tea/coffee making facilities.
Junior Suite: 88 palm thatched Junior Suites are designed in a minimalist yet luxurious style and feature large bathrooms and a fully furnished terrace or balcony with private dining space. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (560 sq ft).
Senior Suite: The 8 Senior Suites offer all the facilities of the Junior Suites but in addition have a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom, a separate lounge and a double sized terrace or balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 infant under 2 years or 2 adults + 2 children + 1 infant (1,238 sq ft).
Two Bedroom Villa with Private Pool: 8 villas are set at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan beach. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower/bath, living/dining area with TV and kitchenette for the Villa Master and service staff. The living room leads outside to a dining area sunken into the private swimming pool and a personal relaxation and massage pavilion. Villa Masters are on hand to take care of guests throughout their stay. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 2 children + 1 infant under 2 years (7,804 sq ft).
Presidential Villa with Private Pools: With a backdrop of dramatic granite boulders on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan, this stunning villa offers a master suite with its own terrace and an open-air bathroom complete with Jacuzzi and sauna. Two further suites open onto the villa’s three multi-level pools. The villa also comes with a private beach, a fully equipped office and a dedicated Villa Master. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults + 3 children + 1 infant under 2 years (13,455 sq ft).
