Children: Calabash Cove is an adults-only hotel - the minimum age is 16 years old.
Location: Calabash Cove is located on the north-west coast of St Lucia between Castries and Rodney Bay.
Distance from the airport: The hotel is about 1 hour 20 minutes by car from Hewanorra International Airport. To get there in style, helicopter transfers are also available between Hewanorra International Airport and George F.L Charles Airport, taking approximately 10 minutes plus a drive of under 15 minutes between the airport and the resort. Helicopter transfers cost around £150 each way - ask our Caribbean specialists for more information.
Meal arrangements: Guests can opt to stay at Calabash Cove on either a bed and breakfast or all-inclusive basis. The all-inclusive package covers all meals including room service, beverages including wine, premium spirits and mini bar. For guests who opt to stay on a bed and breakfast basis, as well as the restaurant at the resort there is also a wide range of dining options on the island - please contact one of our specialists who will be happy to recommend a range of restaurants and beach bars.
Dining & entertainment: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Windsong restaurant serves a fusion of creole and international cuisine against a backdrop of the ocean. For casual daytime dining the swim up pool bar serves a range of beach grills, sandwiches and salads as well as beverages. The C - Bar is an intimate cocktail bar overlooking the ocean, perfect for a pre dinner drink.
Resort facilities & services: Ti Spa, fitness centre, infinity pool, music room, Cove Gardens for exploring. A range of tours and excursions are available through the hotel’s concierge team - chargeable locally. Complimentary WIFI in lobby and suites.
Minimum Stay: Two nights minimum stay for all room types except for the Water's Edge Cottages, which have a four night minimum stay. All room types require a six night minimum stay between 21 December - 04 January.
ACCOMMODATION
All of the suites and cottages at Calabash Cove feature king size beds, large showers, Jacuzzis, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private furnished balconies and views over the ocean.
Sunset Ocean View Junior Suites: Set above the Sweetwaters infinity pool, these spacious suites offer a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views over the beach and staggeringly beautiful sunsets.
Calabash Cove Swim-Up Junior Suites: Just steps from the Sweetwaters infinity pool, these spacious suites are contemporary with a king size four poster bed, a sitting area and furnished patio with steps leading into the water.
Water’s Edge Cottages: Nine Balinese-style cottages located on the water’s edge -these are spacious and offer a bedroom with a king size bed, a sitting area and bathroom. Outside there is a private outdoor shower, a plunge pool overlooking the water, a hammock and chairs to sit and enjoy your sundowner admiring the turquoise sea view and the chorus of the hummingbirds.
