The Cotton House is an elegant, sophisticated hotel set on a private 13 acre estate, situated on a picturesque hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.
The accommodation comprises of 15 guest rooms, recently renovated cottages, suites and the presidential Cotton Hill Residence. Each room has the finest linens, bathrobes and bathroom products with a twice daily personal maid service. The rooms benefit from stunning views, private patios or verandas, and many even have private plunge pools. All are well stocked with a TV, books, magazines with a large selection of DVDs and CDs being available at reception.
The Executive chef and his team at the Veranda Restaurant create a daily menu combining the freshest Caribbean ingredients with imported delicacies from around the world to result in a wonderful a la carte menu. The restaurant is popular with locals and those staying in villas across the island, but hotel guests always have a guaranteed table at dinner so they never have to book. There's also a Beach Cafe, which has recently been refurbished, for lunch and cocktails plus The Great Room Bar which serves cocktails, juices, wines and champagne. Here guests can play the piano and enjoy the manager’s weekly cocktail party.
The hotel sits between two beaches - both The Cotton House Beach and Endeavour Bay Beach are on the Caribbean Sea, while L'Ansecoy Beach is just a short stroll away and lies next to the Atlantic Ocean.
Guests at The Cotton House can enjoy a variety of leisure activities during their stay, either at the hotel itself or in the surrounding area. Watersports include windsurfing, snorkelling straight from the beach and scuba diving, with private sailing charters available upon request. There are tennis courts at the hotel, plus an additional six courts at the nearby Mustique Tennis Club where lessons and courses are available.
Those who wish to explore the island can do so on horseback (an extremely popular activity which must be booked in advance), on foot (there are plenty of nature hikes, fitness trails and opportunities for glorious strolls along the beaches) or by renting ‘a mule’ (which also must be booked in advance) which is ideal for the island roads. Sailing or boating excursions can be arranged to visit nearby islands or to go snorkelling at the Tobago Cays. The hotel will even put together a picnic basket for you if you decide that island exploration is the order of the day!
The Cotton House Spa is just steps away from the beach with a wrap around veranda and fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea and the gardens from all four treatment rooms. The hotel is also home to a yoga deck and a fitness centre with cardiovascular equipment and limited free weights, as well as a boutique offering the finest in Caribbean and European linen clothing, swimwear, china and gifts.

Children: Under 4s can stay free of charge when sharing with parents. Children aged 4-17 years can also stay also free of charge on a B&B basis when sharing their parent's accommodation. Children can be accommodated in Duplex Suites, Deluxe Room & Suites, Superior Rooms & Suites and the Residence. Babysitting is available on request.
Location: The Cotton House is located between two beaches on the north coast of Mustique.
Travel to Mustique: Guests fly to Barbados or St Lucia then take a short onward flight to Mustique taking 30-45 minutes. The hotel is just a couple of minutes drive from the small airport.
We suggest that guests travel with an overnight bag in the event that the hold luggage does not get transferred from St Lucia on the same day due to short connection time if the international flight is late.
Beaches: The Cotton House sits between two beaches - The Cotton House beach and Endeavour Bay Beach (Caribbean Sea). A short stroll away is L'Ansecoy Bay (on the Atlantic Ocean).
Facilities: Complimentary non-motorised water sports. Tennis courts, swimming pool, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, the Manager's weekly cocktail party, laundry, full unpacking and pressing service on arrival and a pillow menu. Full butler service. There is a CD and DVD library and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guests can rent a 'mule' (motorised buggy) or jeep well suited to island roads and terrain. Sailing or boating excursions are available to nearby islands or it is possible to go snorkelling at the Tobago Cays. Mustique has an equestrian centre.
Cotton House Spa: Located just steps away from the beach, a two storey building with a wrap-around veranda. The spa offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and gardens. It offers a complete treatment menu for both male and female guests including aromatherapy, massage, facials, reflexology, body therapies, wraps, waxing, manicures and pedicures using E'Spa and Decleor products plus a large selection of aromatherapy oils. Guests can also chose to have treatments in the privacy their own suite. The Spa has a fitness centre with cardiovascular equipment, limited free weights and a retail boutique selling linen, Cotton House logo clothing, handmade jewelry, ceramics and gifts.
Room Service: Available from 7am - 11pm.
Meal Arrangements: B&B and half board options are available. Complimentary breakfast is served in The Veranda or in-room.
Restaurants/Bars: The Veranda Restaurant serves breakfast, tea and dinner twice a week. Beach Café is available for dinner 5 nights a week, and daily for lunch and cocktails. The Great Room Bar (open from noon until 23.00 hours) serves afternoon tea, cocktails, juices, a selection of wine and champagnes. Picnic baskets are available on request. The Cotton House has an excellent cigar menu.

Minimum Stay: During the Festive Season, the minimum stay is 10 nights for cottages and suites or 14 nights for Cotton Hill Residence. Minimum stay is 5 nights in January and February.
Check In/Out: Guests are kindly asked to check in from 2pm and out at 12pm. (Complimentary late check-out will be extended up to 1pm subject to availability.)

Each of the hotel's 15 luxurious guest rooms, cottages and suites, including the two bedroom Cotton Hill Residence, offers exquisite features. These include fine linens, bathrobes and bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, individual climate control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and DVD players, a stocked mini-bar, iPod docking stations, Nespresso coffee makers, electronic in-room safes, mosquito net covered beds and a twice daily maid service.
Most rooms have private patios or verandas, some with private plunge pools. Rooms are stocked with books and magazines plus a large selection of DVDs, with pre-programmed iPods also available. There is a complimentary unpacking and pressing service on arrival and high speed Internet access throughout the resort.
Cottage: Charming West Indian style cottages which have recently been renovated, with views over the gardens. Cottages consist of a king-sized bedrooms with decorative netting, a spacious dressing room and large bathroom with walk in shower and separate areas for WC and two basins. Each room also has an indoor lounge area as well as a new decking area furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child
Superior Room: A first floor room with a king-sized bedroom and French doors leading out onto a furnished balcony, offering views of the Caribbean Sea. The bathroom features an elevated bathtub and an outdoor shower. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
Superior One Bedroom Garden Suite: The Superior One Bedroom Suite offers an en-suite bedroom with balconies on either side giving morning and afternoon sun and are located in the gardens of the Cotton House close to all hotel amenities and the main pool. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child
Deluxe Seaview Room with Plunge Pool: Ground floor rooms which are similar to the Sea View Rooms, with the addition of a spacious veranda with dining table, chairs, rattan sun loungers and private plunge pool. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
Deluxe Garden Suite with Plunge Pool: The Deluxe One Bedroom Suites offer an en-suite bedroom with private plunge pool located in the gardens of the Cotton House close to all hotel amenities. The Suites have been designed by award winning French interior designer, Tristan Auer, drawing inspiration from the island’s founding designer, Oliver Messel. The suite is on the ground floor with living room, dressing room and bathroom with a walk in shower, opening out onto a private deck and plunge pool.( An extra bed can be added to each suite on request). Two Bedroom Duplex Suite with Plunge Pool: These two storey suites are located in the heart of the hotel’s grounds and enjoy charming views of the gardens with glimpses of the Atlantic and Caribbean seas. The upper floor features a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed swathed in muslin drapes, and a large private balcony perfect for in-room dining or a private spa treatment. The duplex suite has a separate sitting room – and three of the suites have second bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, creating ideal accommodation for couples sharing or young families. There are bathrooms on both floors, and a private plunge pool elegantly furnished with shade umbrellas and lounge chairs. Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
The Residence: Tucked away on its own hilltop is The Residence, the much sought after presidential suite boasting its own swimming pool and personal butler & maid service, a sanctuary for those seeking complete privacy. The Residence is available as a two bedroom rental with spacious en-suite bathrooms, separate showers and baths. A generous sitting and dining room with outdoor gazebo is set around a large private swimming pool whilst the master bedroom is set apart in a small pavilion, boasting an outdoor shower and commanding views across the Atlantic.
